Customer Service

MPQC will undertake to provide the following levels of customer service:

 

CENTRE /QUALIFICATION APPROVAL

 

§       Completed Centre Applications will be acknowledged within 7 working days of receipt.

§       External Verifiers will arrange within 4 weeks of the receipt of a complete and accurate application for a mutually convenient date for the Centre Approval visit.

§       EMP will confirm in writing the decision regarding Centre Approval within 2 weeks of receipt of the EV Report.

§       Accurate and complete Staff Applications, not attached to a Centre Approval Application, will be acknowledged within 7 working days of receipt and will be processed within 6 weeks of receipt and the centre informed in writing of the outcome.

 

EXTERNAL VERIFICATION

 

§       External Verifier visit reports will be completed on the day and agreed with the Centre Co-ordinator and an electronic copy left in the centre

 

GENERAL COMMUNICATIONS

 

§       Written enquiries/complaints/appeals to EMP or its EVs will normally be dealt with within 7 working days of receipt. However, if to the Appeals panel this may take up to 28 working days.

§       Fees are reviewed annually and any changes are notified to all Approved Centres in September with implementation from the 1st October.

§          Where centres have candidates wishing for assessment in Welsh or Irish (Gaeilge) then EMP will ensure that all necessary assessment material and specifications can be supplied in those languages – centres should notify EMP Awarding Body at the approval stage if this is a requirement


REGISTRATION/CERTIFICATION:

 

§       Accurate and complete Candidate Registrations will be processed within 20 working days of receipt to EMP HQ.

§       Accurate and complete Candidate Achievement Records will be processed within 30 working days of receipt to EMP HQ.
